BERNE, Ind. -- Annie's Attic, popular brand of nationally-known publisher DRG, has released a new crochet pattern book called Wiggly Crochet Rugs, featuring rugs created using the wiggly crochet method. The book retails for $7.95.

Wiggly Crochet Rugs patterns include step-by-step instructions for creating five different wiggly rug designs, with patterns written at the intermediate skill level. Each rug pattern includes special pattern notes, a color diagram and key, and a complete list of the needed materials for creating a one-of-a-kind personalized rug.

The products used in the book can be purchased from local craft, fabric and variety stores or from the Annie's Attic catalog, available in print or at the Annie's Attic Web site at AnniesAttic.com.

Annie's Attic published its first needlecraft pattern in 1975 and quickly became one of America's premier sources for innovative and classic designs, especially in crochet. The first patterns sold individually, but eventually were published in a catalog that also features key needlecraft supplies.

The goal of Annie's Attic is to publish a wide variety of high quality needlecraft publications and craft patterns in a number of special interest areas. These patterns are known for exceptional instructional accuracy and clarity, and for brilliant, creative photography.

Other DRG brands include Clotilde, American School of Needlework, House of White Birches and The Needlecraft Shop.

DRG is a third-generation, privately owned company operating two major business divisions -- one in magazine and book publishing and consumer catalogs, and the other in subscription and product fulfillment.

DRG products are sold direct to consumers through the company's catalogs and Internet sites at DRGnetwork.com, and through wholesale and trade channels.

Wiggly Crochet Rugs is available online at the Annie's Attic Web site at AnniesAttic.com and from the DRG wholesale site at DRGWholesale.com.
