Grabowski has more than 20 years of experience as a professional manager. He most recently was senior telecommunications manager for Essex Group Inc. of Fort Wayne, where he worked to develop voice and data communications systems that serviced the entire global enterprise network and implemented an enterprise wireless strategy to contain and reduce costs. He also was instrumental in evaluating users and coaching process improvement skills.
Prior to that, he was director of communications at Midwest Truck Center Inc. of Fort Wayne. At Midwest, he implemented staff computer training programs, designed and implemented new infrastructure for company-wide communications, led customer-service team support functions and developed extended customer communication solutions.
Grabowski also served in the United States Navy, trained as an electrical operator responsible for the operations of the electrical power plant aboard a nuclear-powered submarine.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana Institute of Technology and master's degrees in business administration and management from Indiana Institute of Technology.
